In Terms & Conditions ("Terms") ko dhyan se padhein. LokYug ("hum", "hamara", "platform") use karne se pehle, aap in Terms se bound hone ke liye agree karte hain. Agar aap in Terms se agree nahi karte, to kripya platform use na karein.

1. Eligibility

LokYug use karne ke liye aapki age kam se kam 13 saal honi chahiye (ya aapke desh ke applicable minimum age, jo bhi zyada ho). Agar aap 18 saal se kam hain, to aapko apne parent/guardian ki consent ke saath platform use karna chahiye.

2. Account Registration

• Aapko registration ke waqt accurate aur complete information deni hogi.
• Aap apne account credentials ki security ke liye khud responsible hain.
• Ek user sirf ek personal account rakh sakta hai, jab tak business/creator account alag se allow na kiya gaya ho.
• Hum kisi bhi account ko suspend ya terminate kar sakte hain agar in Terms ka violation hota hai.

3. User-Generated Content

Aap jo bhi content (videos, photos, posts, comments, messages) LokYug par upload karte hain, uska ownership aapke paas rehta hai. Content upload karke, aap LokYug ko ek non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license dete hain us content ko host, display, reproduce, aur distribute karne ke liye — sirf platform ke functioning aur promotion ke maqsad se.

Aap confirm karte hain ki aapke paas apne upload kiye gaye content ke rights hain, aur ye content kisi third-party ke copyright, trademark, ya privacy rights ka violation nahi karta.

4. Prohibited Conduct

LokYug par niche di gayi activities strictly prohibited hain:

• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, ya kisi bhi group/individual ke against violence ko promote karna
• Copyright ya intellectual property ka infringement
• Spam, fraud, phishing, ya misleading content
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, aur applicable law ke tehat report kiya jaayega
• Platform ki security ko bypass karne ki koshish (hacking, scraping, bots)
• Fake accounts banana ya kisi aur ko impersonate karna
• Illegal goods/services ka promotion
• Misinformation jo public harm cause kar sakti hai

5. Monetization & Payments

Eligible creators LokCoins, ad-revenue sharing, aur UPI-based payouts ke through monetize kar sakte hain, hamare separate Creator Guidelines mein diye gaye terms ke mutabik. Payouts applicable taxes aur processing fees ke subject hain.

6. Advertising

LokYug par third-party advertising networks (jaise Google AdSense) ke through ads dikhaye ja sakte hain. In ads ka content in third-party networks ke policies dwara govern hota hai. Zyada jaankari ke liye hamari Privacy Policy dekhein.

7. Intellectual Property

LokYug ka naam, logo, design, aur underlying technology hamari property hai. Inhe without written permission use, copy, ya reproduce karna prohibited hai.

8. Termination

Hum kisi bhi account ko suspend ya terminate kar sakte hain agar hume lagta hai ki in Terms ka violation hua hai, without prior notice, apne sole discretion par.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

LokYug "as is" basis par provide kiya jaata hai, bina kisi warranty ke. Hum platform ki uninterrupted ya error-free availability guarantee nahi karte. Hum kisi bhi indirect, incidental, ya consequential damages ke liye liable nahi honge jo platform ke use se result hote hain.

10. Governing Law

Ye Terms Bharat ke laws ke tehat govern hote hain. Koi bhi dispute Indian courts ki jurisdiction ke subject honge.

11. Changes to These Terms

Hum in Terms ko time-to-time update kar sakte hain. Continued use of LokYug after changes ka matlab hai ki aap updated Terms se agree karte hain.
